Q1: Do you have a showroom where we can physically see the doors?
A: Yes we do have a showroom with over 70 doors on show, but not every door on the website is on show.

Q2: Do you deliver?
A: Yes we do deliver.

Q3: Can I collect my doors?
A: Yes you can, you can collect your doors from our showroom or warehouse.

Q4: Do you stock all doors?
A: Due to the large range of doors we offer, we can not carry stock of all the doors we offer, we receive deliveries from our suppliers numerous times per week, and will make every effort to supply you with your doors as soon as possible.

Q5: Do you have brochures?
A: Yes, we can send out brouchures. Please call our showroom 0870 974 9323 to request them, but as we are constantly updating our ranges you may find it easier to refer to our website.

Q6: Do you offer a fitting service?
A: We do not offer a fitting service.

Q7: What size doors do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of sizes, each door has the sizes available next to them. If you need more information about the different sizes of wooden doors available from EG Doors we have a handy imperial to metric convertor.

Q8: Do you sell fire doors?
A: Yes we do, although not all doors are available as fire doors.

Q9: Are the doors supplied treated and ready for fitting?
A: Certain doors are ready for fitting, they will be labelled pre-finished, but not all doors are pre-finished.

Q10: Can you treat the doors for me?
A: At the present moment we can not treat the doors for you, we can however recommend the correct treatment for the doors.

Q11: Can doors be cut down if the size we require is not standard?
A: The majority of doors can be cut down, but only by certain amount, please enquire about this before taking any action.

Q12: Do you offer any door furniture?
A: Yes, we offer a wide variety of handles, locks, hinges etc.

Q13: Are your doors made from solid timbers or engineered construction?
A: Due to environmental awareness and in the interest of continued improvement, we reserve the right to include engineered components in some or all of the doors we offer.
